Thank you for shopping with Oupalm. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work for our customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Return Window

We offer a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Returns requested after 20 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at oupalm@oupalm.com with your order number and reason for return.

• If your return is approved, we will send you a free return shipping label.
• You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Please package the item securely to prevent damage in transit.

Return Address

All returns must be shipped to the same address as the original delivery. The return address will be confirmed in your return authorization email.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Include clear photos so our team can assist promptly. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund once verified.

Non-Returnable Items

• Intimate apparel or lingerie that has been worn, tried on without protective barriers, or is not in its original hygienic condition.
• Personal care or beauty products.
• Custom or personalized items.
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return your original item. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
• If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at oupalm@oupalm.com.

International Notes

As some items ship from our global fulfillment partners, return transit and processing times can vary. Please allow 2–4 weeks for complete processing of international returns.

Delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect addresses are outside of our control.
